My sister Julie comes to visit me often. I know that when mom says that Julie is coming, I become very happy and can hardly wait until the door opens. They all think that it is because I am so happy to see Julie, but the truth is that I know that Ida, Julie’s mom, will bring something good to eat for me. That is why I am so happy!
Julie has been acting superior to me lately, just because she has puppies. Three times she has had 5 puppies - they are all sold now and her mom has made money from their sales. That is because they are so beautiful and many people want to buy them.
One of them from the first litter, Twiggi, was bought by Mona, mom’s niece. I will write more about her on another web page.
Julie’s boyfriend/lover is called Bamse and he is a purebred Pomeranian. Since he is purebred, she (Julie) must also give the impression that she is of a fine family tree. So my mom made very nice pedigree papers for each of the 15 puppies. Even though no one knows her exact breed ( she is a mixture of many different ones), she also had to have a ‘royal name’. So then she became "Julie of Chipiona". Not bad, huh ?
Julie had the first two litters in the kitchen of my home, and then Julie was afraid that I would get too close to the puppies. I didn’t dare to get close to the kitchen while Julie was in the house. Luckily she had to go out once in a while and then I could run in and see the pups. I had to follow these small creeping things and see them grow up and put on weight.
For two months I could see that everyone just thought about the puppies instead of me. Luckily it all became normal again when they were sold and they moved in with their new owners.
Julie was born about 1 June 2000 in Chipiona Spain. Mom found her when she was lying alone and crying in a construction site. Mom took her home and washed her butt because it was very green and greasy! She had diarreah!
Then mom took Julie in her arms and walked all around the neighborhood asking if anyone had lost her. But no one did, and mom took her to a veterinarian instead and started her vaccinations so she could also go with us to Norway. Julie thought it was very nice to come to mom and her sisters Sofie and I. I was grouchy, but Sofie liked to play with Julie. It was great fun to run loose on the beach. Next to the ocean, I rolled in the sand - and then home to be rinsed off afterwards
Julie moved in with Ida as her mom when she was just about 1 year old. There she became the only boss in the house! Her house! Julie and her mom Ida live in a cabin in Skipvet, Norway and talk about how good it is. There she can smell the red deer and moose every morning when she gets up. During the day she quarrels with the squirrels whom her mom gives food to. They could stay away, but they like to tease her! I see that every time I stay at Julie’s house when mom and dad are out and traveling without me.
